Basal Cell Carcinoma

  • shiny white blotches and strands

  • ulceration

  • arborizing vessels

  • spoke-wheel and concentric structures

  • leaf-like areas

  • blue-gray ovoid nest/dots/globules

Basal Cell Carcinoma can present with many morphologies. Some BCCs are invisible to the naked eye. Dermoscopy improves diagnostic accuracy of these subclinical BCCs.
